Frutarom has introduced a new version of Osteo-Life, a proprietary blend of Frutarom’s SoyLife, which contains calcium carbonate and vitamin D, along with more than 50% daidzin/ daidzein. The new blend was formulated based on recent findings from the Osteoporosis Prevention Using Soy (OPUS) study—a 2-year, 400 patient, double-blind, placebo-controlled study—that demonstrated the effectiveness of soy germ iso­flavones in promoting bone health.
